For the first time in two years, caravanners and campers had the opportunity to gather in one place to view all the latest and greatest that the outdoor industry had to offer.
Judging by the amazing turnout at the Caravan Show 2022, it’s clear that the public was hungry to see what the caravan industry had been up to since lockdown.
Visitors were not disappointed!
South Africa’s leading caravan, trailer, and motorhome manufacturers have been busy over the past couple of years, with an unbelievable amount of upgrades and new models that were on show in the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand.
Show organiser Hampie de Kock tells CaravanSA: “The caravan industry has done itself proud in presenting the first successful consumer show since lockdown.
“The Caravan Show was the last show before lockdown, and it was the first to break the ice in finding some normality after two very challenging years.
“We are proud that our team was able to organise the event on such short notice.
“Just like our successful inaugural show in 2020, the 2022 show was representative of over 90% of leading manufacturers uniting under one roof.
As the official media partner for the show, CaravanSA was there to cover all the action and bring you the latest news from the industry. FULL REPORT...
